Welcome to the LOVE RACING-branded event site (the “Site”), operated by The Racing Bug (UK) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Site is provided in collaboration with Clokkemaker Ltd on behalf of LOVE RACING Ltd (“LOVE RACING”) and is used to facilitate participation in a LOVE RACING-branded physical event attraction (the “Event”).

By accessing this Site or participating in the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in the Event.

1. Who We Are

Although this Site features LOVE RACING branding, it is owned and operated by The Racing Bug (UK) Ltd, who acts as the primary data controller. Some limited data may be shared with LOVE RACING for event-related purposes, as described below.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and take part in the Event.

3. Data Collection

To enable your participation, we collect the following personal data:

• Phone Number – Used solely for identity verification and to issue your unique access code
• Name – Entered by you at the Event and linked to your participation/results
• Hometown – Entered by you at the Event to personalize your experience
• Email – Used for account management and communication
• Event Result Data – Includes your performance metrics (e.g., time, score, rank) collected during the Event

Your phone number is used only for verification purposes and will not be used for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Unique Code and Event Participation

Upon successful phone verification, you will receive a unique participation code to use at the LOVE RACING-branded Event attraction. This code links your activity at the Event (including your name and hometown) to your profile in our system.

Use of this code is at your own discretion. Lost or misused codes may not be replaced.

5. Public Display of Event Results

When you participate in the Event, your name and performance data (e.g., time, score, or rank) will be posted publicly on a results page accessible through this Site.

While hometown is collected, it is not currently displayed publicly but may be included in future versions of the results page to enhance personalization.

By submitting your name and hometown, you consent to their potential public display. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any submitted names or data that are deemed inappropriate.

6. Data Sharing with LOVE RACING

We may share your personal data (limited to phone number, name, hometown, and event result data) with LOVE RACING only, for purposes such as:

• Reviewing event engagement and performance
• Internal evaluation or reporting
• Marketing analysis (non-personalized unless you’ve opted in)

We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

7. Data Security and Retention

We maintain industry-standard security practices to protect your data and will retain it only as long as necessary to fulfil the Event’s purpose or as required by law.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide inaccurate or misleading information
• Share or misuse your unique access code
• Submit offensive or inappropriate names or hometowns
• Attempt to interfere with the Site or access others’ data

Violations may result in disqualification or removal from the public results page.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including branding, layout, text, and visuals, is owned by or licensed to The Racing Bug (UK) Ltd and/or LOVE RACING. You may not reuse or redistribute content without prior written permission.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site and participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
